Our Return Policy

At Epicurean Blends, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted herbal products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required
• Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• Opened or used products
• Products purchased on sale or with a discount code
• Gift cards

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, in which case Epicurean Blends will cover the shipping cost.
